The Simeken PRO System Advantages

The Simeken Pro is modular, versatile and durable
Simeken Tests the durability and modularity of our design by assembling and testing our beta unit in the middle of a farmer's field. No utilities were provided and all supplies were sourced and transported on site, proving the versatility of the Simeken PRO.
The Simeken PRO System has been designed to eliminate the complex mechanisms normally utilized in other like technologies. Other pyrolysis technologies have failed due to economics and reliability. Other systems have been plagued and proven to be economically unviable due to:
  • High initial costs
  • High maintenance costs
  • High failure rates
  • Unrealistic modeling of actual costs and revenue streams

Simeken uses two advanced design principles that set this technology apart from any other pyrolysis technology.

  1. Material Movement: (reliability and efficiency)

The Simeken PRO, incorporating a uniquely shaped Retort Oven, transports the material being pyrolyzed using a combination of precisely engineered heating gas flows, "free fall", and sinusoidal action. These proprietary oven design advantages provide:

    • An effective and efficient transfer of heat
    • No internal moving parts for high reliability
    • A wider variety of input material creating flexibility

  2. Convection: (lower emissions and higher energy output)

The Simeken PRO incorporates a unique means for amplifying the heat transfer by bringing the material being pyrolyzed into direct contact with the hot inert flue gases. By redirecting these gases with the oven's liberated gases, the Simeken PRO provides:

    • A safer process—keeping the potential for combustion low
    • Cleaner exhaust emissions—created by an efficient "convection" process that combines all gasses for combustion
    • A purged oxygen oven—creating higher quality by-products for recycling
