James H. Sipprelle President, Chairman As Chairman and President of Simeken, Mr. Sipprelle brings extensive experience in leadership and management in the oil well service industry and in commercial property development. He has been directly involved in all levels of business functions. His primary goal is to lead and develop Simeken, Inc. into an international sales and service organization dedicated to advancing pyrolytic technology in the field of waste to energy, utilizing an environmental method of converting a multitude of waste streams into high value hydrocarbon gas, thermal energy or in the production of electrical power. Mr. Sipprelle has created Simeken, a company that provides high quality service thanks to his strong team of highly qualified, committed and creative colleagues who are the best in their field. His cohesive team of professional staff works diligently to provide continuity to Simeken Inc.
William A. Sweet Director of Manufacturing As Director of Manufacturing, Mr. Sweet has over 45 years of highly diverse experience in the Welding, Construction and Manufacturing industries, providing Simeken with the necessary tools to make the engineer's dream a reality. Mr. Sweet began his career as a highly skilled boiler maker where he obtained many various certifications. After his 10th year as a boiler maker he realized that his full potential would not be realized unless he diversified by starting his own mechanical contracting service. To date, Mr. Sweet has successfully owned and been the primary operator of his mechanical contracting company "Sweets Welding" for over 30 years. Mr. Sweet is an invaluable member of the Simeken team by bringing to the table his experiences working as a contractor in oil fields, tank farms, oil refineries, food processing centers and ship yards. |
Michael W. Gehring Vice President, Engineering Mr. Gehring is an authority in the research and development of the core technology utilized in advanced pyrolytic systems. This allows him to assist Mr. Sipprelle in the positive direction of Simeken and be the leading force of the research and further development of the industrial science. He is a visionary in the design, engineering and construction of pyrolytic sublimation, waste treatment and soil remediation equipment. Mr. Gehring is a hands-on man and is not afraid to get knee deep into his work which has allowed him to succeed extensively. He is currently in the development stages of a new pyrolytic design which surpasses the current Simeken technology, improving on an already sound foundation. He has conducted comprehensive testing of these technologies in conjunction with expansive third party testing performed by EcoTech and ABC laboratories, providing Simeken with tested and true technology.
J. Antonio Caballero Director of Logistics Antonio's instinctive ability to be a problem solver and his out going personality lend him to be perfectly suited to Simeken. Antonio has 20 years, in the electrical installation and engineering industry. He was introduced to Simeken's new visionary technology during the Mexico trials where he realized the unlimited potential of waste conversion technologies. |
